Master in Management:
The ESCP-EAP Master in Management is a world renowned Master for students from all over the world. Based on our 5 European campuses in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Torino, it combines 3 dimensions :
• Academic excellence, recognized in all the rankings as such, and based on the academic qualifications and skills of our faculty;
• Learning through practice with field-projects and in-company internships: most students have no company experience when they join the programme... and an average professional experience of 16-months when they graduate;
• Intercultural skills, based on the strong national diversity of our students and our study tracks in 2 or 3 countries on our 5 campuses and through our 60 exchange programmes on the 5 continents. Our programme pursues 5 objectives.
We help our students to :
• Develop excellent knowledge of management topics and the business world, through core courses and advanced courses chosen from among 140 electives and 20 specialisations, enabling each graduate to design a custom curriculum and specific expertise;
• Build and test their own career project: through in-company experience and specialised courses, our students explore career options so as to progressively define their own project;
• Be able to take on major responsibilities in tomorrow’s economic environment by developing a personal vision of the globalised economy through courses in economics, law, humanities, social sciences and foreign languages;
• Strengthen their ability to live and work in a multicultural and international environment, which leads about 45% of our graduates to choose a first job outside their country of origin;
• Enjoy the urban student life in our 5 city-centre European campuses. Our students are able to earn several European degrees. As a consequence, graduates find jobs all over Europe and on other continents, in all industries (consulting, banking, industry, services), with an average starting salary of 46K€ and 52K€ after three years.
Master in European Business:
The MEB - Master in European Business - is a one year programme in general management for graduates with a non-business background. The MEB's structure has a truly international dimension: over the two semesters, participants are given the choice to study in Europe on one of the five ESCP-EAP campuses and on our partner institutions' campuses: the MDI, Gurgaon, India; the AIT of Bangkok, Thailand and the TEC of Monterrey, Mexico. The MEB gives the opportunity to learn about business reality and professional behaviour in an international context. Participants receive a very comprehensive education in the major fields of management, such as marketing, finance, accounting and strategy. They work in groups from different educational backgrounds, thus fostering their personal development at the same time. The MEB combines theory and practice: integral to the MEB programme are live company consultancy projects, where multinational teams of students are set the task of providing solutions to real company issues, and a company internship where students work for a minimum of three months within a company.
