Theories on Change
This course teaches you to cognitively and socially prepare for reading scientific literature on change.
- Learn how to frame your own experiences in order to obtain insight into change processes
- Get immersed in situations in which you have to manage change processes on your own
This is done by using multiple media to alternate between different perspectives and through the introduction of approaches / methods concerning diagnostics, conflict handling and intervention. The aim of the course is to become fully aware of your own multiple interests and capacities as a future change manager. You also learn to reflect on alternative ways by which you can develop methods to analyse the differing perspectives of the participants in a change process.

During this course, you are presented with state-of-the-art theoretical models, professional codes and pragmatic guides that will enable you to successfully manage different cultures at both the national and international level.
In addition, you will also be introduced to the methodological skills that are required to chart such differences (although these skills are also useful for charting organisational change).
