Social Psychology; Track Work and Organisational Psychology

The Master's program in Social Psychology focuses on both individual and group behavior in formal and informal social contexts. It exists of three Tracks. One named Work and Organizational Psychology.

The Track Work and Organizational Psychology concentrates on sciencebased solutions to human problems in work and organizational settings. It aims to understand how to achieve each of the following objectives: optimizing performance, improving processes and relationships, enhancing fairness and equity, and increasing subjective well-being. The European Network of Work and Organizational Psychology (ENOP) developed a reference model and standards for a curriculum in Work & Organizational Psychology. The track Work and Organization Psychology adheres to these standards as much as feasible. According to the ENOP Model, the main areas to be considered are Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. The main focus of Personnel Psychology is on the individual level. The focus of Work Psychology is on the task level. And the focus of Organizational Psychology is on the group and organization level. Because Work and Organizational Psychology is a multilevel domain, the main focus of each of these areas is not exclusively on one level, but also deals with the interaction of that particular level with other levels.
